Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.
2. Petitioner filed Ext. P5 complaint before the 3rd respondent Sub Inspector, Fort Kochi Police Station, alleging harassment by respondents 4 and 5, on 26-4-2012. Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of Exts. P1 and P5 and also to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property. Petitioner is claimed to be an unmarried, retired government employee and living alone.

3. We are of the view that the complaint Ext. P5, if not already considered, the same may be considered by the 3rd respondent and appropriate action may be taken at the earliest.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is closed.
