JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Pala.Ramasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1-4. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.08.2009 and further direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in Re.Sy.No.306/2B Mangalam Village.
3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 10.08.2009, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and other aggrieved parties, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
