The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the balance due in the petitioner's loan account is only Rs.31,000/-. The petitioner is granted two months' time to pay the same failing which, recovery shall be proceeded with. The writ petition disposed of, leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
