JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the office order No.132 dated 03.09.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to effect any recovery from petitioners' salary for the time barred debt due to the 3rd respondent society.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.06.2017, none appeared for the petitioners. However, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and also the learned counsel for the third respondent appeared. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, again, there is no representation for the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed of for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
