JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is not actually aggrieved by the conditional stay order passed; but, prays for time to comply with the same. Petitioner also submits that Rs.1 lakh had already been paid. In such circumstance, there shall be a direction that the petitioner be given a month's time from today to comply with Ext.P4 stay order in its entirety. Writ petition disposed of.
