JUDGMENT / ORDER

This revision is preferred against the order passed in D.V.C.No.14 of 2010 on 20.07.2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram directing the petitioner to pay Rs.1,500/- to the 1st respondent and Rs.2,000/- to the 2nd respondent and Rs.1,500/- to the 3rd respondent u/s. 12 (1) of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner and respondents 1 to 3 are wife and children. The dispute between them has been settled and a joint memo of compromise dated 14.09.2016 has been filed. Respondents 1 to 3 are now united with the petitioner and 1st respondent/wife and petitioner are now residing in the petitioner's residence.
3. Learned counsel for respondents affirms the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner viz., that the dispute stands settled between 1st respondent and petitioner. In view of the joint Compromise Memo, the Criminal Revision case shall stand closed. Compromise memo dated 14.10.2016 filed, shall form part of records.
