This Contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent No.4 and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21784 of 2015, dated 07.12.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings of the Director of School Education, Chennai, in Na.Ka.No.2940/J3/2016, dated 06.06.2016.
