JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that 3.3.2011 was the date fixed for the disposal of the application for substitution and not for final hearing of the appeal. While the appeal has been decided on the said date without hearing to the petitioner.
Sri Yashwant Varma, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondents may filed counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
