Heard Sri S.C.Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P.Singh,learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer directing the authorities concerned to take legal action against the Sub Inspector Lallan Singh, Police Station Bindaki, District Fatehpur for implicating the petitioner in Case Crime No.267 of 2012, under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, Police Station Bindaki, District Fatehpur.
Learned AGA has drawn the attention of this Court towards the maintainability of the prayer made in the writ petition, to which learned counsel for the petitioner could not give satisfactory reply. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
