C.M. Application No.24913 of 2021 - Application for Extension of time.
Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that this Court vide order dated 28.02.2020 directed the applicants/petitioners to surrender before the court below within four weeks but the applicants/petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated time due to Covid 19 pandemic but now they are ready to surrender in the court below and therefore, it is submitted that time to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Case No.1333 of 2020 be extended.
Considering the facts of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the prayer for extension of time for the petitioners to surrender in the court below in terms of order dated 28.02.2020 is allowed. Hence, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below on or before 19.02.2021 in terms of order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Case No.1333 of 2020. The order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Case No.1333 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
In view of the above, the application is allowed Order Date :- 11.2.2021 VNP/-
