ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology filed a counter affidavit stating that accepting the proposal for cancellation, the lease of respondent No.10 is already determined, which is as follows:
“Further, it is submitted that the lessee has not submitted any reply to the Show Cause Notice. Hence, the Deputy Director of Mines & Geology, Warangal has determined the quarry lease for Building Stone & Road Metal over an extent of 1.50 Hects in Sy.No.179 of Bompally Village, Peddapally Mandal, Karimnagar District held by Sri Pilli Mallesham vide Deputy Director of Mines & Geology, Warangal Procgs.No.3380/Q1/2010, dated 23-10-2012.”
2. Since the lease of respondent No.10 is already determined with respect to Sy.No.179 of Bompally Village, Peddapally Mandal, Karimnagar District over an extent of 1.50 Hectares, the grievance of the petitioner does not any more subsist and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
