JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Writ Petition No.37691 of 2014 Between:
Merugu Hemalatha And Dated 10th December, 2014 …Petitioner The State of Telangana, rep.by its Principal Secretary to the Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad and others …Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Smt.K.V.Rajasree for Ms.T.Geeta Counsel for the respondents: GP for Civil Supplies (TS) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The petitioner is the fair price shop dealer of shop No.31, Nallavelli Village, Sangem Mandal, Warangal District. As she was allegedly involved in a criminal case for the offences under Sections 120-B, 302, 307 and 402 IPC, her authorisation was suspended. Feeling aggrieved by the same, she filed W.P.No.15438 of 2014. This Court by order, dated 10.06.2014, disposed of the said writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to renew the petitioner’s authorisation and take a decision as to whether suspension of the petitioner’s authorisation could be continued or revoked. As no such decision has been taken by respondent No.3, the petitioner filed this writ petition.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS), on instructions, submitted that in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in the above-mentioned writ petition, respondent No.3 has renewed the petitioner’s authorisation, but no decision has been taken so far whether to continue or revoke the suspension of the petitioner’s authorisation.
From the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, it is evident that respondent No.3 has complied with the order of this Court only in-part, by renewing the petitioner’s authorisation, but he failed to comply with the direction to take a decision as to whether the order of suspension shall be continued or not. Therefore, respondent No.3 is directed to take a decision in this regard and communicate the decision to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47149 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
