JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)
1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 21 days so as to undertake 'Asthi Visarjan' of his brother-in-law (sister's husband).
2. Learned APP invited attention of this Court to jail remarks and submitted that three brothers of the convict are on bail during the pendency of appeal. Besides that in the month of February, 2012, the convict was released on temporary bail for a period of seven days on the occasion of sad demise of his brother-in-law (sister's husband). The 'Asthi Visarjan' can be done by any of his brothers. Even otherwise the same ritual is not be performed in a time schedule. This Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for grant of temporary bail and the application is rejected.
