Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider her representation dated 17.4.2017, for the issuance of patta.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017, for the issuance of patta, the same has not yet been considered by the 2nd respondent.
4. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner' s representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 for the issuance of patta and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
