JUDGMENT / ORDER

The court below has by the order impugned allowed an application for amendment of the plaint. The plaintiff had earlier stated that he obtained title to the property from his father. The purpose of the amendment is to specify as to how his father obtained title to the property.
2. The nature of the suit is not altered and the defendant is not in any way prejudiced by the amendment. The defendant can as well file an additional written statement to the amended plaint. There is no error of jurisdiction in the order impugned warranting interference in the supervisory jurisdiction.
The Original Petition is dismissed.
