No. 83 of 2014 on the file of the P.S. Arundalpet, Guntur pending enquiry and trial.
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “Heard both sides.
The petitioner is accused in Crime No.83 of 2014 of Arundalpet Police Station, Guntur Urban, registered for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C., which was subsequently altered to 306 I.P.C. He seeks for grant of bail. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.03.2014.
The allegation is that the petitioner/accused abused the deceased boy aged about 14 years, due to which he committed suicide by hanging himself.
It is represented that the material part of the investigation has been completed.
Considering the circumstances of the case, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
In the result, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.”
