RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This writ petition challenges the order dated 26.10.2009 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Election Tribunal, at Kollapur, Mahabubnagar District in O.P.No.12 of 2006. By virtue of the said order, the learned Junior Civil Judge dismissed the said O.P. filed by the petitioner herein under Section 233 of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 to set aside the election of the 1st respondent, which took place on 29.07.2006, as Sarpanch of Peddamaroor Village of Weepangandla Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District.
2. As against the said order passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge dismissing the O.P., the present writ petition came to be filed.
3. This Court issued Rule Nisi on 29.04.2010 and ordered notice in W.P.M.P.No.6283 of 2010. There is no interim order in this matter. As evident from the material before this Court, the election took place in the year 2006 and the period also came to an end long back, as such, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
