Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI K.CHIDAMBARAM, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not taking any action inspite of petitioner’s representation dated 10-02-2010 for conducting survey/re-survey in respet of the land in survey Nos.927/1 and 927/2 of Dasari Agraharam village, Jaladanki Mandal, Sri .S.R.Nellore District with regard to the documents of the respective Parties as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct survey in R.S.No.927/1 and 927/2 of Dasari Agraharam village, jaladanki Mandal, Sri P.S.R.Nellore District with reference to the documents of the respetive parties and demarcate the same.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K.CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition. And the Court also permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to send notices to RRs 4 to 7by Regd.Post Ack.due and file proof of service in token thereof.
