Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, proceedings of this group of petitions are, considering that the matters pertain to admission of students and their request for permission to appear in the examination, adjourned to 16.3.2012. The deponent, who has made the affidavit on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, shall remain personally present at the time of hearing on 16.3.2012.
The petitioner shall also place on record, before the next date of hearing, the exact number of days of classes (studies), they have already put in so as to ascertain as to whether minimum number of days required for being eligible to appear in the examination, has been completed by the students or not.
