1. Today it is brought to the notice of the Court that in the order dated 16/3/2012 it is inadvertently mentioned that the petition has been disposed of whereas the text of the order shows that the said order was passed by way of interim arrangement and the petition was adjourned to 19/03/2012 which is also evident from the earlier para of the same order. In that view of the matter, request to delete last para/last two lines of the said order dated 16/03/2012 is made.
2. Therefore, papers of the said petition are called for and the matter is heard today.
3. It is apparent that in last para/last two lines of the order dated 16/03/2012, there is inadvertent error. Actually, under the said order the matter was adjourned to today.
4. The office is directed to delete the last two lines of the order dated 16/03/2012 which are at page-8 of the order.
5. Today an additional affidavit has been placed on record. Copy thereof has been served to learned advocate for the respondent yesterday.
6. As of today, any order with reference to one student i.e. Patel Jigisha Ramanbhai whose reference was made in the order dated 16/03/2012 is not passed and the issue is differed till further hearing. The respondent university shall file necessary and appropriate affidavit with regard to the factual aspect related to the said student on or before 29/03/2012.
