1. Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Niraj Ashar, learned A.G.P.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. jointly submitted that present petition is identical to a group of petition being Special Civil Application No.522 of 2012, Special Civil Application No.567 of 2012 and Special Civil Application No.17239 of 2011 and that the said petitions have been admitted and certain orders have been passed at interim stage. It is also submitted that the orders passed in the said petitions have been gradually carried before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the petitions are pending.
counsel for the petitioner submitted that present petition is exactly identical to the aforesaid three petitions and that therefore considering the fact that the said petitions have been admitted this petition may also be admitted.
4. The said submission is not opposed by the learned A.G.P. Rule.
