By means of the present petition the petitioner is seeking for quashing for the first information report dated 21.06.2021 in Case Crime No.552 of 2021 under Sections 363 IPC, Police Station Hapur Nagar, District Hapur.
The victim girl has been arrayed as respondent No.5 in the writ petition. The contention of the petitioner that he has solemnized marriage with the respondent No.5 out of her own sweet will cannot be substantiated from any material on record. The allegations in the first information report regarding the enticing of a minor girl are clear and categorical.
We do not find any merit in the writ petition, the same is accordingly, dismissed.
