The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Misc. Application No. 5049 of 2018 (Mehrajuddin Vs. Satyadeo Singh and others) filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Civil Line, Meerut.
Considering the fact that the Misc. Application is pending since 4.10.2018, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
