Mehmudaben vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that she wants to attend the sunat shadi ceremony of his son.

Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP has placed on record the report of PSI, Surendranagar City; whereby, it has been reported that there is no such sunnat shadi program.

Under the circumstances, as the ground is not genuine, application cannot be granted. Therefore, dismissed. Rule discharged.
