JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court by means of order dated 27.09.2010 issued notices to the opposite parties no.2 and 3.
The office report dated 25.01.2012 shows that the petitioner has failed to take steps for service on opposite parties no. 2 and 3. Therefore, this writ petition has been listed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of Allahabad High Court Rules.
In the interest of justice, one week's further time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps, failing which, the writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to the Court.
