Petitioner wants his transfer as Sub Inspector to Gautambudh Nagar, Ghaziabad or Hapur. It is stated that a representation, to this effect, has been made which is pending.
Law is settled that it is for the employer to examine the suitability of a candidate for being posted at a particular location. Petitioner has no right to claim his transfer to a specific district. Representation made in that regard is also misconceived. No direction, therefore, can be issued to consider such representation.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
