2. This application is filed by applicant with a prayer to condone the delay of 108 days caused in preferring Miscellaneous Civil Application for review (Stamp) No.46 of 2012 in Special Civil application No.7197 of 2010.
3. Heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties. Considering their submissions as well as considering averments made in this application supported with affidavit, delay of 108 days in preferring Miscellaneous Civil Application for review (Stamp) No.46 of 2012 in Special Civil application No.7197 of 2010 is hereby condoned in the interest of justice as applicant has shown sufficient cause to the satisfaction of this Court.
4. Accordingly, present Civil Application is disposed of. Rule is made absolute to that extent.
