Heard Mr. Pandya, learned advocate for the applicant. He has submitted that against the same order (which is subject matter of present petition), the respondent - husband has also preferred petition wherein the Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh H. Shukla) has issued notice for mediation. It is also submitted that the said other petition, which is preferred by the husband of present petitioner, is likely to be listed for hearing on 17.1.2013.
Mr. Pandya, learned advocate for the applicant, submitted that therefore, present petition may also be listed for hearing on 17.1.2013.
Office is directed to list present petition alongwith Special Criminal Application No.1762 of 2012 on 17.1.2013.
In the meanwhile, similar process returnable on 17.1.2013, as issued in case of Special Criminal Application No.1762 of 2012, may be issued in present petition also.
