Megh Singh Yadav vs State Of U P And Ors

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|31 May, 2019
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 6
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 40536 of 2016 Petitioner :- Megh Singh Yadav Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Ors.
Counsel for Petitioner :- Rohit Nandan Pandey,Sanjeev Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
On 30 August 2016, the Court had passed an order requiring the petitioner to bring the receipt of transmission of the statutory revision which was stated to have been filed. Although, a Supplementary Affidavit has been filed, the Court notes that the document appended thereto is not the revision which was appended along with the writ petition. Even otherwise, the registered receipt which appears on that document is of 26 September 2016. There is thus an evident failure on the part of the petitioner to establish that the revision has been preferred.
In view of the above, the Court does not find any ground to entertain the writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
Order Date :- 31.5.2019 Arun K. Singh (Yashwant Varma, J.)
