Heard Sri Gyan Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition is preferred against the order dated 16.2.2018 passed by Tehsildar, Khurja, Bulandshahar under Sections 34/ 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has rightly submitted that petitioner has a statutory/ alternative / efficacious remedy of filing an appeal under Section 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to meet the submission of learned Standing Counsel.
There is no good ground to entertain this writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed, on the ground of alternative remedy.
Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining xerox thereof.
