Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manoj Kumar Singh who appears for the respondent-Nagar Palika Parishad and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Sri Manoj Kumar Singh learned counsel representing the respondent Nagar Palika Parishad states that all retiral benefits which are admittedly due and payable shall be released within a period of three months from today notwithstanding the order impugned in this petition.
