Heard Sri Neeraj Kumar Srivastava for the petitioner and Sri Ganesh Dutt Mishra for the respondents-3 to 5.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondents to pay salary to the petitioner of the pay scale Rs.1200-2040(revised pay scale of Rs.4000-6000).
It has been stated that petitioner is posted as driver in Dugdh Utpadak Sahkar Sangh Ltd. Mathura and he is entitled to aforesaid pay scale. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing General Manager/Unit Incharge, Dugdh Utpadak Sahkar Sangh Ltd. Mathura(respondent-4) to decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
