Issue notice.
Until further orders of this court the execution of the impugned award dated 3.6.2010 passed in L.A.R. No.39 of 2002 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire awarded amount along with upto date interest within a period of 6 weeks from today. Out of the amount so deposited the claimants-respondents shall be paid half of the amount free of security and the other half on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the court below.
