The petitioner complains of Police harassment.

The Government Pleader on instructions submits that action had been initiated on the basis of a complaint received from the 5th respondent. But that, upon enquiry it was found that the matter was essentially a civil dispute and therefore action has been dropped. This submission is recorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the submission recorded above.
