ORDER In this petition, petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to provide the petitioner with an opportunity of settling the dues under the ‘One Time Settlement’ scheme.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that in case the petitioner submits the representation to the competent authority under ‘One Time Settlement’ scheme, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such a representation.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
