1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petitioner challenging the order of suspension dated 24.06.2019 and the order of cancellation dated 13.11.2019 passed by the S.D.M, the licensing authority. The petitioner is a fair-price shop licensee. A statutory provision of filing an appeal under Clause-13 of the U.P. Essential Commodities Regulation of Sale Distribution Control Order, 2016. The petitioner may file his appeal before the appellate authority and raise all legal and valid grounds before the appellate authority.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
