Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.
The writ petition has been filed seeking directions for expeditious disposal of a representation made by the petitioner on 03.04.2018. In the representation, it has been alleged that an allotment of abadi site was made in favour of the petitioner in the year 2016.
In this representation, it has also been stated that one Devendra s/o Bindhyanchal (respondent no.3) has made certain interpolations in an allotment made in his favour and on its basis, he is raising constructions over the land allotted to the petitioner.
In my considered opinion, the controversy that is being raised by means of a representation is not a controversy to be decided on the basis of a misc. application before the administrative authorities.
In case, certain constructions are being raised unauthorizedly over land allotted to the petitioner, her remedy is by means of a suit for injunction.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
