The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issusing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 159/2006, expeditiously.
The petitioners have filed the said suit. It is pending since the year 2006. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for hearing.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
