Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant praying for a direction to the Additional Judge Family Court, FTC II Gorakhpur, District Gorakhpur to decide the case No.631 of 2011, Smt. Meera Singh Vs. Dhruvnath Singh, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., within the stipulated period of time.
Submission is that the proceedings under Section 125, Cr.P.C. is pending since 2011. The other side has put in appearance, but the court below is not making endeavour to conclude the proceedings.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
