The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Second Appeal No.6 of 2014-15 (Smt. Meera Singh vs. Ratan Kumar Singh & Ors.) under section 331(4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending before the Board of Revenue may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid appeal.
It is, therefore, directed that the Second Appeal No.6 of 2014-15 (Smt. Meera Singh vs. Ratan Kumar Singh & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
