Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Y.S. Sachan for the respondents and perused the materials placed on records.
Petitioner's son was employed in Postal Department and has died in the year 2016. It is alleged that though he had nominated his wife for payment of pension and gratuity etc., but on account of various differences arisen between them, on an application moved by the deceased employee, the name of his wife was deleted and that the name of his mother and brother was inserted. It is submitted that suppressing such facts the widow of the deceased employee has managed to receive all amounts and the complaint made by the petitioner in that regard is not being bestowed any consideration.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that factual issues raised in this writ petition shall be got examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent her grievance before respondent no. 2, who shall get the facts inquired into and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the widow of the deceased employee, shall pass necessary orders upon petitioner's complaint, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
