The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the proceedings of Case No. RST/562 of 2016 Computerized Case No. T- 2016176503562 (Meera Devi vs. Jangabahadur) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the proceedings of Case No. RST/562 of 2016 Computerized Case No. T-2016176503562 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
