Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Civil Judge (J.D.) Shahar, Varanasi be directed to decide Misc. Case No. 183 of 2004 (Mahendra Kumar Agrawal vs. Meera Devi) within stipulated period.
Submission is that only general dates are being fixed in the matter.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Shahar, Varanasi to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no other legal impediment by fixing short dates and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
