JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 6
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 3369 of 2019 Petitioner :- Meera Devi Respondent :- Civil Judge And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Purushottam Upadhyay
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer addressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of O.S. No. 394 of 2016.
Although learned counsel for the petitioner has orally contended that his application for grant of temporary injunction has not yet been disposed of, no such material has been placed on the record. The Court finds itself unable to countenance this submission more so in light of the fact that the suit itself is pending at the stage of framing of issues.
In view of the above, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Chandauli to endeavour to dispose of O.S. No. 394 of 2016 with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of parties.
Order Date :- 30.4.2019 faraz
