This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in implicating the petitioners in a false and counterblast case registered vide Range File No.67/OR/Nzb/14-15 & POR No.33/65 dated 5-9-2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and set aside the same…”
At the hearing, Ms. Anitha, learned Counsel representing Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.33870 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
