Heard Sri Istiyaq Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Sri Ram Sheel Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 states that there is concealment of facts in the writ petition inasmuch as this the second marriage of petitioner no.2 whereas petitioner has stated in paragraph 3 of the writ petition that this is the first marriage of petitioner no.1 with petitioner no.2. There is no declaration in respect of first marriage of petitioner no.2 in the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
