Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner prays for a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut to decide the Matrimonial Case No.1547 of 2021 (Satendra Kumar Vs. Smt. Meenu), under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is pending before him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the petition it has clearly been averred that the settlement has been taken place between the parties, even then it is not being disposed.
In view of the submission, it appears appropriate to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut to decide the Matrimonial Case No.1547 of 2021 (Satendra Kumar Vs. Smt. Meenu), under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
