Civil Misc. Substitution Application No.3 of 2018 is allowed as no objection was filed to the said substitution application in spite of the time granted to the respondents.
Necessary correction/amendment be carried out during course of the day.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the following reliefs :
"i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to demolish the temple and the constructions appurtenant thereto except in accordance with law."
In the entire writ petition, there is no legal right has been claimed for the Temple, even whisper of the word about existing of the Temple.
Be that as it may, if there is any Temple as claimed by the petitioner in his prayer that shall not be demolished without taking recourse to the law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
