The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 6.11.2019 passed in Writ A No.51635 of 2013 (Smt. Meenu Kishore and another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) as well as judgment and order dated 25.11.2020 passed Contempt Application (Civil) No.4635 of 2020.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party, same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with and decision has been taken on 20.10.2021, copy of which is appended as annexure 1 to the affidavit.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
