Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners informs the Court that petitioner no.1 has handed over in the custody of respondent no.5 under a judicial order dated 17.07.2020 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate-3rd, Budaun, later on she was married to respondent no.6 and now she is illegally detained by respondent no.6. This question can very well be raised before the court concerned.
Accordingly, this review application is disposed of finally with the liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum who shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
